Meet the Owner

As owner and operator of Bodybalance Techniques, Breon Gardner sets a standard of excellence rarely achieved in the health and fitness industry.  His strong leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit establish Bodybalance Techniques as the premier training studio in Portland, Oregon.

With more than twenty-five years of experience, Breon’s client list includes coaching staff and players from the Super Bowl Champion Denver Broncos, professional and amateur bodybuilders and fitness competitors, tri athletes, basketball baseball and hockey players, skiers, golfers, and martial artists. 

While serving in the United States Air Force as an Intelligence Operator, Breon earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science and holds several fitness certifications. He is also a Second-degree Black Belt and Mixed Martial Arts Champion, registered USA Boxing coach and remains current in CPR/First Aid. 

Bodybalance Techniques also proudly boasts an incredible staff of like-minded, highly skilled Personal Trainers, each with his or her own unique approach to health and fitness.
